Omirant remotely monitors every IP-connected device at each of your sites, 24/7, and resolves most failures without sending anyone: reboots, reconnects and power cycles. When the fault is physical, it dispatches a certified technician who arrives already knowing the problem. One flat price per site, and one number to call.

An MSP serves computers, users and helpdesk, and usually sells labour hours or bills per incident. Omirant serves the device infrastructure at each site, charges one flat price per site rather than per incident or per device, and monitors and remediates without administering: it restores devices to their known-good state but never changes their configuration.

Network (switches, routers, access points and internet links), security (CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs and access control), energy (UPS, PDUs and backup power), AV (displays, menu boards and sound) and point of sale (POS terminals, receipt printers and IoT sensors). Omirant is vendor-agnostic and monitors any brand.

Standing access covers monitoring and safe remediation only. Privileged access is break-glass: time-boxed, per event, with your named approval and a full log of every action. Scope is bounded by contract from the outset — which networks, which methods, which devices and which actions are pre-approved.

Each site goes live by plugging in a pre-configured collector: about 15 minutes, done by your own staff, with no technician visit required. Omirant handles configuration, device discovery and alert setup remotely.
