What is Site Infrastructure Management?
Site Infrastructure Management (SIM) is the always-on monitoring and remote resolution of every IP-connected device a physical location runs on — network, security cameras, energy, AV, POS, and IoT. Unlike break-fix support, it keeps sites running by design instead of reacting after something breaks. Omirant Systems is the company defining this category.
What does Omirant do?
Omirant remotely monitors every device across a business's locations 24/7 and resolves most failures remotely — a reboot, reconnect, or power-cycle — before the site notices. When a device is physically broken, Omirant dispatches a certified local technician who arrives already knowing the problem.
How is Omirant different from an MSP?
MSPs are built for computers, users, and helpdesk and typically sell labor hours. Omirant is built for site device infrastructure across every vertical, charges one flat price per site instead of per incident or per device, and monitors and remediates without administering — it restores devices but never changes their configuration.
What does Omirant monitor?
Network (switches, routers, access points), security (cameras, NVRs, access control), energy (UPS, PDUs), AV (displays, sound systems), and endpoints (POS, printers, IoT). Omirant is vendor-agnostic and monitors any brand.
Is it safe to give Omirant access to my network?
Access is least-privilege and contractually bounded. Standing access covers monitoring and safe remediation only; privileged access is break-glass — time-boxed, per event, requiring your named approval, and fully logged. Omirant monitors and remediates but never administers, so it never changes your configuration.
How long does setup take?
Each site activates by plugging in a pre-configured collector — about 15 minutes by existing staff, no technician trip to begin. Omirant handles configuration, discovery, and alert setup remotely.
Who is Omirant for?

How does Omirant use AI?

No. Omirant takes reactive monitoring and remote remediation of site device infrastructure off your team so they focus on strategy and change work. We monitor and remediate; we never administer or make configuration decisions.
